Dear loyal members, With the recent update by the Provincial Health Authority, all gyms/yoga facilities are to be closed until January 18 starting Thursday, December 23. We hear you. It's cold, it's wet, it's rainy and no one wants to wait outside before their class . . Effective immediately the studio doors will be open at-least 15 minutes prior to class start, come on in and stay warm. Masks are worn in all common areas, once you get on your mat space you may remove your mask. NO, you do not have to wear your mask during class!
