Happy Canada Day!! Wishing you all a very safe and relaxing long weekend. Our hospital will be closed this Friday July 1 until Sunday July 3. We will reopen Monday July 4 at 9 pm. Please call us should you require any medication refills in prep for this long weekend! ***COVID-19 Alert update***
March 20, 2020 we have locked our doors, as we remain open.
Effective immediately we will be asking that you call (604)510-7387 when you arrive. We will take a history for your pet over the phone and physically take your pet from you at the hospital door. We ask that you either return to your car or perhaps go for a walk. Our Doctors will perform a physical exam and call to discuss the PE findings and any recommended diagnostics/treatment.
In an effort to do our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19, we are reducing our hospital hours over the next 2 weeks. Our hospital will remain open Thurs Mar 19 and Fri Mar 20, however, we will close Saturday March 21 and March 28. At this time we will re-open Monday March 23. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We are doing our best to keep up with medication refills and seeing urgent cases at this time. Our hospital is open. It will stay open to care for our patients as long as our staff remain healthy and COVD-19 free. We are doing all we can do to keep our staff and visitors to the hospital safe. We ask for appointments that only one person bring in their pet and that you not come into our hospital if you are sick. We realize this is a stressful time for all but we are a strong community and will get through this together!!
