I went into this store not expecting to buy anything and I ended up leaving with a whole new summer wardrobe. I couldn't believe how cheap everything was! They also have a HUGE selection of clothing, it was insane! I don't normally write reviews, but I have to compliment the store on its great customer service. The staff there were very nice and helpful and I'm excited to do my family's back to school shopping there (they also have tons of kids stuff!). See you guys soon!

Just wanted to say how much I love this store! They have all the brands that I wear and you honestly cannot beat the discounted prices. They have a huge selection of both women's and men's clothing and I love that I never have to go to the mall anymore. More people need to realize that there is an outlet store right here in Langley! I also enjoy how friendly and genuine the staff are, they're always eager to help me out without being too pushy! Thanks!

I was extremely frustrated when I drove two hours and bought some items and found out one of my items had an alarm still attached to it when I got home. I emailed my frustration to the website email and got a quick response back. For the inconvenience I was mailed a lovely gift card. I cannot believe what exceptional customer service they have. I am very impressed the way this business handled my complaint. Outstanding, EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
