The Hilltop Diner Cafe has been a working family diner since 1946.  In 2011 sisters Sandie Parley and Andrea Zaiser bought the diner and began to shape it into the family dining experience it is today.  During their Saskatchewan childhood visiting aunts and their grandmother always involved a home cooked family meal. Because good food and close family and friends were such a large part of their upbringing, they passed these values and traditions onto their own children.  Having dreamed of one day owning her own restaurant, Andrea found the opportunity to do so in her own neighbourhood and afforded her the ability to include her sister and their family in the building of this company.  

 The Hilltop Diner is open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. offering up the most delicious home cooked breakfast and lunch items.  Any day you walk into the restaurant you will be greeted by one of the sisters.  The two girls bring their prairie friendliness and their "Zaiser" sense of humour to the diner.  You will get to enjoy made fresh daily burger patties, made in house hashbrowns, hand cut french fries, delicious home made pies and soups, fresh house roasted turkey, beef and ham, and the most amazing creamy milk shakes around!!!!
