PB2 and Coconut Protein Balls
Makes 8-10 Balls
Ingredients:
30g protein powder ¼ cup (30g) unsweetened shredded coconut (or ground flaxseeds) 2 tbsp. (32g) almond butter (or peanut butter) 1 cup (60g) pb2 1/2 cup water 3 tbsp. granulated stevia (or your chosen sweetener or sugar)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well Make 8-10 balls with your hands Add a little more shredded coconut on top Refrigerate for 60 minutes Enjoy, Alana
