Fun fact, the same restaurant that invented Tandoori Chicken also invented Butter Chicken as a way of preserving the Tandoori Chicken. It all started in a restaurant called the Moti Mahal that was popular with Indian leaders and foreign dignitaries, and elevated Indian cuisine to an international level.
Thank god he did or we wouldn't have our awesome features, made with Tandoori spiced Chicken and Fresh Sautéed Veggies on warm naan bread with rice. Get some before they disappear!
