Abbotsford Peeps! We’re excited to announce starting Thursday July 26th, we’ll be attending Abby’s newest farmers’ market Rail District Community Market at Valleyfoodfarm I cannot wait for this market to start up because their lineup of vendors is top-tier! Food trucks, live music, great farms and food producers — it’s going to be a blast. We’d love if our Central Park Farms community would come out and support this wonderful organization because they have great things in the works here in the Valley

Our family tends to prefer simple and fresh marinades and seasoning over heavy BBQ style sauces to allow the flavour of our meat to be the star of the show. Grass fed beef has been a LONG time coming! We bought our first pregnant Black Angus heifers from Alberta back in Sept 2016, and we are finally ready to bring our grass fed/grass finished beef to the market in the beginning of September. Our dates are booked, we'll be dry aging our beef for 21 days to make sure we bring you nothing but the best grass-fed Black Angus beef. If you want to be the first to know when our price lists and beef is released, be sure to join our mailing list (link in comments below) since it'll be a limited release right off the bat.
